Our History

Jiangsu Haixun Hengding Machinery Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2019, previously known as Jiangsu Hengding Machine Tool Co., Ltd which was set up in 2007 and merged by Jiangsu Haixun Group in 2019. It is a professional machinery production-oriented enterprise of metal board processing machines, consisting research, development, manufacture and sales. While devoting ourselves to researching and developing the production for decoiling and leveling equipments, we continue exploring new kinds of machines. We've developed corresponding advanced hydraulic press, shearing machine, bending machine, coiling machine etc. which can rich our product list and can better serve all the needs from our customers.

Our Factory

Haixun Hengding owns 18000 m² factory area, and has over 80 outstanding employees, full set of CNC processing equipments. The annual production capacity is about 72 sets of uncoiler, leveling & shearing lines, and 24 levelers.

Our Service

◆Pre-sales service:

1. Provide feasibility analysis and reliable equipment configuration plan.

2. Provide reasonable and appropriate solutions according to the specific situation of customers.

◆Sales service:

1. Provide technical support and training in advance according to customer’s requirement, communicate timely with customer during production

2. Try our best to meet customer's temporary change of equipment.

◆After-sales service:

1. After the installation and commissioning, our technicians will spend about 7 days assisting the customer in the operation and troubleshooting ability training for the operators.

2. We provide 12 months warranty, offering free service and components for non man-made quality issue within warranty period.

In China, the after-sales service person shall arrive at the site of the customer within 24 hours (within 200 kilometers), 36 hours (within 500 kilometers) and 48 hours (within 500 kilometers) after receiving the email or fax from customer. For overseas customers, we will respond within 24 hours. And then to provide solutions and actions for the problems in accordance with the international rules asap.
